The Paper Cup Company manufactures a range of cups and accessories to assist in the supply of hot and cold beverages.

 

Hot Paper Cups

Single Wall Paper Cups

Single Wall Hot Paper Cups are similar to the type used by Starbucks, manufactured with heavy weight board to give extra insulation. These cups are available in 4oz, 7oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and 20oz.

Double Wall Paper Cups

Double Wall Hot Paper Cups are used where extra insulation or image is important. These cups are available in 8oz, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz.

 

Cold Paper Cups

Cold Paper Cups are used where insulation is not required, mainly used for cold drinks like soda or milkshakes, but can also be utilized for water cups, slush cups, frozen yogurt cups, sweets cups, candy cups and paint mixing cups. The Poly Ethylene (PE) coating stops condensation that has formed on the surface of cold drink paper cups soaking into the board and destabilising the cup. Before PE coatings were available, cold drink cups were made with a wax coating and are sometimes still referred to as wax paper cups. These cups are available in 4oz, 7oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and 20oz.

 

Accessories

Lids

Lids are an important part of the package, increasing sales by allowing a takeout option, and also giving customers security that drinks will not get spilt over them.

Our lids are manufactured in two distinct styles: -

  • Hot drink Lids are available in vented, travel lids, sip through.
  • Cold Drink Lids are available in straw slot (as typically seen on soda cups within fast food outlets), dome lids (with a large hole for frozen yogurt style desserts), or dome hole lids (for slush, ice blast and premium drinks).

Sleeves

Sleeves are used on single wall hot cups, where extra insulation is required i.e. Americana; this concept is used by Starbucks. Sleeves are available in small, to fit 8oz and 10oz tall, and large, to fit 10oz squat, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz. They are available in white or brown. Also known as coffee sleeves, kraft sleeve, eco grips, java jackets, cup jackets and insulating sleeves.
